01 Information We Collect

Data you create in the app

UI elements, actions, widgets, notes, reminders, and preferences you enter are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

Purchase data

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We receive only the transaction status needed to unlock premium features. We do not see or store your payment information.

02 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, health data, or any other personally identifying information. Zyntek Apps has no user accounts and no server-side database of your data.

03 How Your Data Is Used

• On-device data is used solely to provide the app's core functionality: tracking data, showing statistics, scheduling reminders, and displaying widgets.

We never sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third-party marketers.

04 Notifications

If you enable reminders, Zyntek schedules local notifications on your device using iOS's notification system. These reminders never leave your device.

05 Data Retention and Deletion

All data lives on your device. You can delete all of it at any time from Settings → Data Management → Delete All Data, or by uninstalling the app. Anonymous analytics data is retained by Firebase according to Google's retention policy.

06 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
