01 Use of the App

Zyntek is a personal application. You may use the App for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

02 Account and Data

Zyntek does not require an account. All data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced privately through your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

03 Subscriptions and Payments

Important subscription terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Apple determines the equivalent pricing in your local currency.

All payments are processed by Apple. Zyntek Apps does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.

04 Free and Premium Features

The free version of Zyntek Apps includes basic app, simple usage. Zyntek Apps Premium unlocks unlimited features, editing capabilities, advanced statistics, custom themes, smart notifications, and interactive widgets.

05 Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks in the App are owned by Zyntek Apps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

06 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zyntek Apps and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

09 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
